Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or enjoy a well-brewed cup of joe, this hidden gem on Surawong is the perfect spot. Its inviting ambiance and dedication to quality will make you lose track of time, and its coffee will provide you with a moment of pure relaxation, even if it's just for a few minutes. Featuring an extensive selection of specialty coffees and delectable baked goods, it's no surprise if this becomes your new favorite spot during your visit to Silom Soi 4.
I want to recount my experience at Tang Cafe, a wonderful spot to enjoy coffee and spend quality time with friends. In my opinion, finding a more welcoming place closer to Silom Soi 4 would be quite a challenge. However, taste can be subjective.
For all coffee enthusiasts, aside from trying out the best coffee shops while in Thailand, having another sip of coffee at Tang Cafe is a must. So, why wait? Join me, and let's savor an incredibly delicious apple-infused coffee with a pastry while discussing the delightful flavors together.
Located on Surawong Street, Tang Cafe is conveniently situated within walking distance from the renowned Silom Soi 4. The interior of the cafe offers a cozy, homely ambiance. This charming, albeit compact, cafe focuses on delivering exceptional coffee and delightful baked goods in a simple yet inviting dining space.
Various coffee options are available, such as house blend, dark roast, cappuccino, latte, black coffee, apple blend, and classics like Espresso and Mocha. Additionally, the cafe offers an assortment of baked goods, including popular choices like Almond croissants, which pair wonderfully with a dark roast Americano – a beloved combination among coffee lovers in the area, providing an immediate caffeine kick and a satisfying breakfast option.
Tang Cafe's menu is pleasantly diverse, allowing patrons to indulge in delectable cakes, pastries, or flavorful iced coffee for those who appreciate it.
Tang Cafe's interior exudes a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The cafe has charming white tables, unadorned white chairs, and a well-maintained floor. Each table is thoughtfully equipped with essentials such as sugar, salt, and paper napkins, and a prominently displayed price board near the entrance ensures patrons can easily browse the menu. The background is filled with delightful and melodic music that adds to the ambiance.
The cafe's staff are impeccably dressed, friendly, and courteous, contributing to the enjoyable experience. Orders are typically prepared swiftly, minimizing wait times for guests. Operating hours are from 7:30 in the morning to 6 in the evening. One of the standout features of Tang Cafe is its affordability. The coffee prices range from 50 to 100 baht, making it an excellent value for a diverse range of patrons.
A popular choice among visitors is the Pandan coconut Americano, priced at 100 baht, often paired with delectable pastries and croissants. The cafe may not be overly spacious, but its well-lit, spotlessly clean, and aesthetically pleasing interior creates an environment where you can truly relax and enjoy yourself.
Stepping into Tang Cafe from Surawong Road immediately imparts a sense of serenity, enhanced by the warm smiles of the staff and the calming melodies emanating from the sound system. For anyone planning to explore Silom Soi 4, this cafe is an absolute must-visit.
Tang Cafe is perhaps the best coffee shop in the Surawong area. The price is much lower than other places around, and the quality and taste of the foods and coffee products are of a high standard. The place has an excellent concept with a relaxation area on the 2nd floor.
