It’s north of Hua Hin, so closer to Krung Thep Maha Nakhon (Bangkok) and more effective for various travelers, plus it’s more inexpensive than Hua Hin 🧐 You can visit a lot of restaurants and bars in Cha-Am. Still, it’s usually much more peaceful than Hua Hin, and the beach is arguably neat and nicer and has noticeably limited tourists.
Khao Takiab is 10 km south of Hua Hin and primarily consists of luxury resorts sought by people who need a peaceful and relaxing breakout.
